MeltView® TD25 welding camera - Pulsed GMAW

Shown here is the MeltView® TD25 welding camera attached to a robotic mount monitoring mild steel gas metal arc welding (GMAW). The TD25 is our pulsed illumination camera providing a clear view of the solidifying puddle and a minimized arc. The image in the configuration shown is used for quality assurance purposes. 

The TD25 is ideal when monitoring carriage driven FCAW and robotic GMAW particularly with MeltTools AI Edgewise solutions. Like our other MeltView® cameras, the TD25 comes with integrated water and air knife for protection, offers high quality image resolution (1920 x 1200) and is light enough to be mounted to robotic and other camera mounts.
