Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible.


Damaged or Incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns
We endeavor to provide the most suitable camera system for your application through our consultation process, and we want you to be very satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with a MeltTools product, please contact us for support. Returns will be made at the discretion of MeltTools; please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All return shipments must be labelled with an RMA number and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know the status of your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
