Shown here is the MeltView® TD25 welding camera attached to a robotic mount monitoring pulsed gas metal arc welding (GMAW) ER70S-6 on steel. The TD25 is our pulsed illumination GIGE camera which provides a clear view of the solidifying puddle and a minimized arc. The TD25 is ideal when monitoring carriage driven FCAW and robotic GMAW particularly with MeltTools AI Edgewise solutions. Like our other MeltView® cameras, the TD25 comes with integrated water and air knife for protection, offers high quality image resolution (1920 x 1200) and is light enough to be mounted to robotic and other camera mounts.
