Demonstrated here is our MeltView® APEX3 camera during TIG welding. The APEX3 offers high-definition (1920x1080) low latency video with the choice of monochrome or color imaging. The camera's lightweight body allows educators to share close up imaging to students and trainees with ease.
The APEX3 is used alongside the RAD8 lighting system. The RAD8 is a high power continuous LED illuminating system for capturing crisp, clear images of the puddle at frames per second in excess of 200 frames per second without the need for class IV lasers. The RAD8 can be used with our MeltView® weld monitoring cameras. The RAD8 light will be available in 2025.
