A decade of reliability in action!

Back around 2014, Zalco equipped a two-arm welding gantry with two of our MeltView® DART cameras for one of their customers. The machine setup was designed for two-sided H beam welding operations, and the cameras allows the customer to monitor both welds simultaneously. Since implementation, these cameras have been in continuous operation for over a decade!

Operating in demanding conditions, these compact cameras have delivered consistent 1920x1080 imaging throughout their decade of service. While the cameras show wear from years of continuous operation, their imaging quality and durability remain unaffected.

Our goal is to make products that stand the test of time, and seeing our flagship cameras still performing after 10+ years validates our commitment to quality and reliability. While the DART camera is no longer in production, we continue to ensure our current products stand the test of time just as their predecessors have.
