The MeltView MIRA camera provides a clear view of the tube welding process with no image processing and no lag. The operator, who must constantly monitor the alignment of the beam to the seam and make adjustments as needed, can view a magnified image of the weld on his console and maintain an ergonomic position, as is also the case for pipe mill welding.

The MIRA camera has been replaced with the MeltView MIRA3 welding camera. Our third-generation welding camera is designed for imaging very small welds when cooling is not required. This camera is available in both color and monochrome and offers direct-to-monitor imagery that is available in all our MeltView cameras.
