Weld Cladding

MeltView® PIXI Camera

The MeltView® PIXI welding camera, optimized for cladding

The high resolution, high dynamic range MeltView® PIXI provides a clear welding and background image simultaneously. In this simulation of cladding, the tungsten tip is clearly visible along with the perimeter of the puddle and the entire solidifying molten zone.

MeltView® PIXI

The MeltView® PIXI is a compact, ruggedized welding camera that provides a stunning high resolution image of welding. Being only 30mm in diameter and having the option to include cooling options, this camera is the perfect cladding camera in any harsh welding environments. The camera has further customization options, such as 45 or 90 degree optics and different overall lengths, making the camera ready for any small working space.
